As from 2013, our dividend policy is to have a payout ratio of 40%-50% of adjusted earnings per share. We aim for a payout of 40%, unless our financial position allows for a higher payout. For 2015 dividend it was determined that the dividend would be full cash. Future dividends may revert back to the choice between stock and cash.
In 2015, we further enhanced our financial position,
our business sustained growth throughout the year
and we improved profitability. As a result, and in
line with the dividend policy applicable for 2015 as
explained above, it is proposed to pay a dividend
of € 1.68 per ordinary share based on a payout of
50%. Randstad will pay the full dividend in cash.
The ex-dividend date is April 4, 2016. The number
of shares entitled to dividend will be determined
on April 5, 2016 (record date). The
payment of cash dividend will take place on April 7, 2016.
The dividend payment on the preference B and C
shares amounts to € 12.6 million in total and will
also take place on April 7, 2016.
